Information Security Policy

 The Japan Information Security Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) seeks out various problems that cannot be solved by a single company, and by making the most of the economies of scale of its nationwide network, member companies come together to work together to achieve things that are impossible for a single company to achieve, while contributing to the improvement of each other's level and business performance as business partners, with the ultimate goal of coexistence and prosperity for each other.
In order to achieve these goals, we will strive to unify the awareness of all members regarding the recognition of information assets and their protection. We have hereby established the "Basic Policy on Information Security," and all members will understand and comply with the gist of this policy.

1 Identification of assets, risk assessment, and selection of management measures 1.1 The Association will take appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations 2.1 The Association will comply with laws, regulations, etc. related to information security.
3. Implementation of Information Security Education 3.1 The Association will provide necessary education and training to ensure that management and employees are fully aware of the importance of information assets.
4. Continuous Improvement 4.1 The Association will regularly evaluate and review this “Basic Policy on Information Security” and related rules and management systems in order to continuously improve information security.

<Objectives and Goals>
Establish an ISMS PDCA cycle and internal audit system, and achieve business results by obtaining ISMS certification.
